1. Electrical control parts : 1 free year warranty.

2. Heating coils and thermo couple are consumables: 3 month free warranty, but it excludes when clients use our furnace to recover gold, silver which contains acid or alkali materials,

in the case heating coils and thermo couple are not included in our warranty scope.

3. High temp ceramic chamber: 6 month free warranty.

4. All man made problems are not included in above mentioned warranty terms.
