Indictor lamp for heating nozzle(wax pot)will became of flashing,then tcmperature value of heating nozzle (wax pot)approach to setting temperature value. so that you can start wax injection. 1) SETTING TEMPER ATURE A) Pressing (MAMU)button,then the indicator lamp of temperature(TEMP)will e flashed,at this time ,display of wax pot temperature(or nozzle)on display window will be changed from real temperature value to set temperatrue value,the temperature will be set by pressing▲or▼buton .Each pressing the ▲(▼)button once,display value will be increased(decreased). B) If setting large(small)value, display value will be changed fast by pressing ▲or▼button until 3 seconds. C) After setting temperature finishing over 6 seconds, display temperature will be changed from set value to real temperature value . 2) SETTING TIME 1) Pressing (MAMU) button, then lamp of TIME flashing . 2) Display of vacuum time (wax pot time)ofleft –side (right-side )display will change from real time value to set value ,at this time by pressing▲or▼button of left-side (right-side).Setting time procedure in the same way as setting temperature. 3) WAX INJECTION LF MANUAL Pressing the (MAMU)key,Lamp of TEMP(TIME)is unlit and lamp of TIMECON is lighting ,wax injection procedure can be strated by foot switch controlling in manual operation mode,vacuum time is set refer to item6-2)l.injection time is controlled by foot switch.pressing(MAMU)key again once for return to auto operation mode . 4)WAX INJECTION OF MANUAL By this preliminary melting. Wax in the wax pot is once heated to high temperature so that the whole of wax is thoroughly molten and then temperature is lowered and stabilized to working temperature. ① setting preliminary melting of wax pressing both the ▼key ofleft –side and (MAMU)key simultaneous on stand –by .Preliminary melting temperature is displayed on the left-side display window. Preliminar melting time is displaye on the right-side display window. They will be changed by pressing ▲or▼key of left-side (temperature)and ▲or▼key of right-side (time ). Example:When the left-side display window (preliminary melting temperature)is set to 90.0 and the right-side display window (preliminary melting time )is set to P02 .Temperature is controlles as the below graph. ① Starting preliminary melting Pressing (MAMU)key again once,preliminary meilting wax is started. Then wax pot temperature 90.0 flashes on the right-side window, work time P02 flashes on the right-side window. When the set time has elapsed,flashing of temperature (tiem )display stops.If you want to stop preliminary melting of wax,pressing (MAMU)key or turn off power switch. ATTENTION:during preliminary melting of wax. Evacuation and wax injection do not work . 5)SETTING AND RELEASE DEIAY TIME OF HEATER ①set of heater delay time Pressing both (MAMU)key and▲key of right-side simultaneously on stand-by.H10 (10hours delay time )is displayed in left-side window P02(Preliminarymelting time)is displayed in right-side window.delay time can be changed by pressing ▲▼key of left-side.Finally pressing (MAMU)key.timer of heater is started .At time .90.0(temperature)and H10(delay time )is shown on display window. ② release of heater delay time when you want to release timer of heater, pressing(MAMU)key again once. This function, it is possible to turn power OFF at the end of a day work and then wax in the wax pot is molten and the temp-erature is stabilized before starting, work the next morning, once preliminary melting has been set and the heater delay time is turned ON, preliminary heating and the heater delay time work together. Example: when the heater delay time is see to H10, preliminary melting temperature is set to 90.0, and preliminary melting time is set to P02, temperature is controlled as the below guaph. 6)SECESTING CELSIUS AND FAHRENHEIT Pressing both (MAMU)key and ▼key ofleft-side simuitaneously then either Celsius or fanrenheit can be selected for temperature read out unit. 7)INTIALIZING SET VALUES Pressing both the (MAMU)key and ▼key of right fide simultaneously. The memory of the machine is reset to the below initial set values . CAUTION After timer start work, do not cut off power supply, otherwise you had set the time invalid. 7.WAX INJECTING 1)CHECKING BEFORE OPERATION ①Turn on the power switch of the machine and external device. ②Turn the three-way valve located on the vertical position ③Turn air pressure regulator knob clockwise slowly to increase air pressure. ! CAUTION Check that on air-leak is found. When pressure gauge indication changes, check each connecting part of hoses. ① Indicator lamp for heating nozzle (wax pot)will be became of flashing, then temperature value of heating nozzle (wax pot)Approach to seting temperature value. ② Wait for one or two hours (waiting time depends on room temperature)until wax inside will be melted thoroughly. Then. you can start, wax injection. ! CAUTION Determing optimum vacuum time and injection time depends on practice and experience of operator. ③ Before staring operation, it′s recommended to let the machine run in the Auto mode and test it several times for checking functions of each unit . 2)PROCEDUPE OF AUTOINJETION WHEN FOOT SWITCH IS USED When this machine is used in combination with the Advanced Auto Clamp AAC, refer to the instruction manual provided with the Advanced Auto Clamp AAC.) Automatic wax injection possible with the foot switch by the below procedure. 3）PROCEDURE OF MANUAL INJECTION WHEN FOOT SWITCH IS USED (When this machine is used in combination with the Advanced Auto Clamp AACI, refer to the instruction manual provided with the Advanced Auto clap AACI.) Manual wax injection is possible with the foot switch by the b-elow procedure. 8.AFTER FINSHING INJECTION WORK 1)Remove wax residue trapped in the bottom of the vacuum chambr. ! CAUTION Wax draining should be carried out every day when injection work finished . ① Place a wax receiving container under the outlet of drain valve. ② Turn the power switch of the vacuum pump OFF. ③ Turn the air pressure regulator knob counterclockwise, so that the pressure gauge on the lid of the body should indicate 0.1-0.2kg/cm. ④ Turn the lever of the three-way valve to horizontal position. ⑤ Turn the lever of the vacuum chamber drain valve to operator′s side.(SeeFIGURE)wax will be drained out. ! CAUTION When wax ejecting speed is too slow ,raise set temperature for wax-pot a little . When room temperature is low,draining speed may be slow.In shis case ,heat the tip of the valve with a hair-dryer or the like. ⑥ When wax is drained out completely, turn back the vacuum chamber drain valve and the three-way valve to original position. ⑦ Turn the air pressure regulator knob,so that the pressure gauge on the lid of the boby should indicate 0kg/cm2 2)Close the valve of air compressor.turn power off. Removing trapped wax from vacuum chamber. 9.TROUBLES 1)ERROR MESSAGE E-01 Thermo-sensor(thermiseor)is broken E-02 thermo-sensor(thermiseor)is short-circuited --1 LLL Temperature lower than detection limit OFF HHH Temperature over the detection limit. 2)CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION ①When malfunction happened,first check the below points, then processed to next checking procedure. The power cable is securely plugged in? The power switch is turned on? The fuse is not broken ? The connectors are securely connected? ②Lamp on the operation panel does not light . Another lamp does not light either? ③ Foot switch will not function. Is the foot switch connector securely connected? ④Wax is not injected from the nozzle.(See also p.18) Wax injection timer is set to 0(zero). Pressure is proper? Check the pressure gauge. The internal heater may be broken. Contact the distributour at your place. ⑤Wax leaks continuously from the nozzle. Dirt or foreign particles mixed in the wax clog the plunger tip inside the valve assembly. Manual wax injection is possible with the foot switch by the b-elow procedure. 8.AFTER FINSHING INJECTION WORK 1)Remove wax residue trapped in the bottom of the vacuum chambr. ! CAUTION Wax draining should be carried out every day when injection work finished . ① Place a wax receiving container under the outlet of drain valve. ② Turn the power switch of the vacuum pump OFF. ③ Turn the air pressure regulator knob counterclockwise, so that the pressure gauge on the lid of the body should indicate 0.1-0.2kg/cm. ④ Turn the lever of the three-way valve to horizontal position. ⑤ Turn the lever of the vacuum chamber drain valve to operator′s side.(SeeFIGURE)wax will be drained out. ! CAUTION When wax ejecting speed is too slow ,raise set temperature for wax-pot a little . When room temperature is low,draining speed may be slow.In shis case ,heat the tip of the valve with a hair-dryer or the like. ⑥ When wax is drained out completely, turn back the vacuum chamber drain valve and the three-way valve to original position. ⑦ Turn the air pressure regulator knob,so that the pressure gauge on the lid of the boby should indicate 0kg/cm2 2)Close the valve of air compressor.turn power off. Removing trapped wax from vacuum chamber. 9.TROUBLES 1)ERROR MESSAGE E-01 Thermo-sensor(thermiseor)is broken E-02 thermo-sensor(thermiseor)is short-circuited --1 LLL Temperature lower than detection limit OFF HHH Temperature over the detection limit. 2)CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION ①When malfunction happened,first check the below points, then processed to next checking procedure. The power cable is securely plugged in? The power switch is turned on? The fuse is not broken ? The connectors are securely connected? ②Lamp on the operation panel does not light . Another lamp does not light either? ③ Foot switch will not function. Is the foot switch connector securely connected? ④Wax is not injected from the nozzle.(See also p.18) Wax injection timer is set to 0(zero). Pressure is proper? Check the pressure gauge. The internal heater may be broken. Contact the distributour at your place. ⑤Wax leaks continuously from the nozzle. Dirt or foreign particles mixed in the wax clog the plunger tip inside the valve assembly. Call technician of your local distributor, because cleaning or replacing parts or repair may necessary. ⑥Injection cycle is repeated endlessly.
